Walking home after depositing her latest payment at a safe house in the middle of the night, the last thing Natalia had expected was to be attacked.
The only thing that saved her from developing a sudden case of dart-in-neck syndrome was the slight whistling sound it made as it shot toward her. Her well trained ears warned her just in time to dodge to the side, the dart bouncing off the concrete sidewalk.
